Every screen

This is the whole thing.

The app a patient carries, the record written in plain words, and the portal a practitioner reads it in. Every screen below is the built product, captured from it rather than drawn.

The app you carry.

Android, and built for a phone that is not new. Every screen works offline, because a record you can only read with a connection is a record you cannot read in a clinic.

The Health ID screen of the SASRec Health app.

Your Health ID

One identifier, shown at any clinic. Send it to yourself on WhatsApp or SMS, or print it as a card at a SASRec Hub so it works with no phone at all.

11:01100%
The active medications screen, listing current medicines and who prescribed them.

Everything you are taking

One list, kept current by the practitioners who prescribe, so the next one can see what the last one wrote before they add to it.

11:01100%
The allergies screen, listing each allergen and how severe the reaction is.

What must never be prescribed

Your allergies, marked by severity, at the top of what any practitioner sees before they write anything.

11:01100%
The access log screen, listing each practitioner who opened the record.

Who opened it, and when

Names and times, the actual list rather than a summary of it, including anyone who tried and was refused.

Written so you can read it.

Every entry carries a plain version above the clinical one, written by the person who treated you and marked as checked by a clinician. Not a summary generated afterwards, and not a translation of jargon into softer jargon.

A record you cannot read is a record you cannot use to ask the next doctor the right question.

11:01100%
A visit record, showing the plain-language version above the clinical detail.
SASRec HealthEvery entry, in the words a patient uses.

What a practitioner sees.

It opens in any browser, on the computer already on the desk. No installation, no hardware, and no request to your records officer.

The practitioner portal patient panel, listing patients and what is outstanding.

The patients you have seen

Your own list, built from the records you opened, with what is outstanding on each. Opening one still needs the patient to show their card.

The new record entry screen, with a drug interaction warning showing.

Prescribing, checked before it is written

The interaction check runs against their real medication list, not against a guess, and a contraindicated pair stops the save until you answer it in writing.

The pending results screen, listing results and how long each has been outstanding.

Results that cannot go missing

Every result waiting on somebody, with how long it has been waiting. A result nobody reads is the harm this was built for.
